Open Question: How to reclaim a foreclosed home?

About 6 months ago my house was foreclosed.Nobody is planning to buy it and I really want it back.The Bank that took is Chase. Is there way to talk with them again with a Lawyer to talk about a financial plan.The house has 4 rooms,3 Bathrooms,and a Garage that's about it.Can a $90,000 annual salary have a house.Also are there any Lawyers that can help in Virginia....
