Open Question: Beats by Dr. Dre buzzing, what should I do?

I bought these headphones a few days ago and they just started buzzing really bad when no music is playing. And buzz when high pitch noises happen when music is playing. I bought them at a best buy in West Virginia, and I'm in California (Does that matter with the return policy) and I was wondering what I should do.
